Hello,

We are currently in the process of rolling out a new feature for our users.

We have become aware that our users and customers alike are having a difficult time reaching us when they need help or advice for their accounts or in using our software.

We have decided the best approach is to assign a set of support staff to a help desk, which we have finished developing and are due to activate on the web site shortly.

There will be a dedicated help page, with numerous detailed tutorials, but if that isn't enough you will be able to raise a specific support ticket, which will work with your email or on site here, where you can reply or manage your support tickets, and a member of our team will get back to you to discuss the issue.

This will appear as a new link up top under the title of Help, with a full user dash board etc.

Tengo problemas con el audio , se corta continuamente , winbus se desconecta cada poco , nó sé qué pasa.
Yá desistalé el programa , y sigo con los mismos problemas.
A ver si alguien me puede decir algo , gracias.

I being not able to log in to messenger is there any reason why ???
